What this website is

This website presents information in English about the wellness experiences offered by TerraLux SPA, located in the Historic Centre of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. It is an information website. Reservations, current availability, confirmed prices and online booking are handled on the official TerraLux SPA website at terralux.md.

Accuracy of the information shown

We take care to describe our experiences accurately. Even so, treatment descriptions, durations and prices shown here are indicative and may change. The prices, durations and availability published on the official TerraLux SPA website are the ones that apply. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

Reservations

All experiences are available by advance reservation only, and a limited number of experiences is available each day. A reservation exists once it has been confirmed by us, by telephone, by message or through the official website — not because a page has been viewed here.

Health and suitability

Massage, hammam and sauna experiences are not suitable for everybody. If you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, a recent injury, or any other medical condition, please tell us before your visit so that we can advise you or adapt the experience. If in doubt, ask your doctor first. Guests are responsible for informing us of anything relevant to their safety.

Age

Our experiences are intended for adults. Guests under 18 may not book an experience without a parent or legal guardian present.

Conduct

TerraLux SPA is a private wellness spa. We reserve the right to decline or end an experience where a guest's behaviour affects the safety, comfort or privacy of others or of our staff.

Gift Cards

The TerraLux Gift Card is available from MDL 800 and is valid for six months from the date of purchase. It may be used for selected massage, Hammam and wellness experiences. Full Gift Card terms are provided at the time of purchase.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to TerraLux SPA and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. The TerraLux name and marks may not be used without permission.

This website links to the official TerraLux SPA website and to our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of websites we do not operate.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website.
