GDPR and Cookies

TerraLux SPA welcomes guests from across Europe, so this page explains how this website relates to the General Data Protection Regulation, and what it does and does not place on your device.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no social media pixel and no tracking script. Because nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is placed on your device, no cookie consent banner is required.

The one external request a page makes is to Google Fonts, for the typefaces the website uses. That request does not set a cookie, but it does make your IP address visible to Google while the font files are delivered.

What this means in practice

• You are not tracked between visits, and not tracked across other websites.
• No profile is built about you, and no information about you is sold or shared with advertisers.
• There is no form on this website, so there is nothing for you to submit here.
• Everything to do with booking, payment and guest records happens on the official TerraLux SPA website, under its own terms.

Lawful basis

Where we do handle personal information — that is, when you contact us yourself by telephone, Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram to ask about or arrange a visit — we do so on the basis of your request and of the steps needed to provide the service you asked for.

How long information is kept

Messages and reservation details are kept only for as long as they are needed to arrange and complete your visit, and to meet any accounting obligation that applies. They are not kept indefinitely and are not used for marketing without your agreement.

Where information is held

This website is hosted on servers within the European Union. Messages you send us by telephone or messaging application are held by the provider of that application, under its own terms.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Union, or if EU data protection law applies to you, you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete information we no longer need;
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use;
• withdraw an agreement you gave us, at any time;
• complain to a data protection authority.

Data protection in the Republic of Moldova

TerraLux SPA operates in the Republic of Moldova and also follows Moldovan legislation on the protection of personal data. Where the two frameworks differ, we apply whichever gives you the stronger protection.

Changes to this page

If this website begins to use cookies, website statistics or any form — none of which it uses today — this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, your agreement will be requested before anything is placed on your device.
